Rovin Capital is a fee only firm, as it ensures that we act a fiduciary for our clients. A fiduciary is legally bound to put their client’s best interests ahead of their own, minimizing any potential conflicts of interest. In general, our fee comes as a percentage of assets that we manage but can also come as an hourly rate or a flat fee, depending on the clients’ needs.

Rovin Capital helps clients in each phase of their personal and business lives. This entails creating and implementing a full financial plan, managing clients’ funds, and helping clients navigate the ebbs and flows of the stock market. We help clients identify and achieve both personal and business goals and specialize helping small business owners navigate the treacherous waters of owning their own business. While we are not tax or legal professionals, we will work hand in hand with a client’s existing tax or legal professional or refer one to the client if needed.

Rovin Capital takes various things into account when investing a client’s funds. First, a client’s short and long-term financial goals are taken into account. Then, each client’s personal risk tolerance is ascertained through personal conversations and a risk questionnaire. Finally, we combine all of that information to deploy a tailored strategy for that client’s money to be actively managed. We purchase ETFs, mutual funds, individual stocks and bonds, and other some specialized products depending on each individual situation.”
